I read the project, map technical constraints and define scope. Nothing is proposed before this is clear.

Direction
Three contrasting directions. Materials in hand. One direction chosen together.

Prototype
Technical documentation. 1:1 scale prototype. Light and tolerance validated before production starts.

Production
Workshop management. Piece-by-piece quality control. Delivery coordinated.
